Moms page is a blog where 100 Canadian moms can share their mommy moments, birth stories, potty training successes, losing the baby weight, short stories, funny things.. anything really....
So now I am looking for at least 100 moms that want to write regularly on this blog..

My name is Tanya, I am a mom of two. A boy 7 and a girl 2 almost 3. We live in Cascapedia St Jules Quebec. I am the manager of my husband store. I am kept very busy everyday, however working on the computer is my down time. I find it relaxing and really enjoy it.

My name is Kaar and I'm a mom to my 5 year old son Kailur, who is my best friend and the center of my world. We currently live in Calgary with my boyfriend, who although is not my son's biological dad is the only dad he's known. It's a struggle on a daily basis to be the active parent in his life, and to be the single mom on so many levels still. I've built up some amazing patience, and have gotten involved in his life that we make such a great team. I'm currently a SAHM while he attends kindergarten, but should be returning to the working world in the next few months. There's never a dull day around here with Kai's imagination and creativity and the adventures we share together.

I have been married to my husband Dustin for 3 years now and we have an amazing son Logan who is 10 months old (Born May 9th 2008) who amazes me everyday! I love being a mom and i love being able to stay home most of the time with him. I work 2 days a week for 3 hours each day at a local pie shop! I went to school (SAIT) after high school for baking and pastry arts :) yum! In my spare time i loove to sew! I'm Maria, mommy to two beautiful and hilarious little girls (Brianna 4 and Kaya 2) and our third babygirl (Grace) on the way in less than a month! I am a stay at home mom and very happily married to my husband John. I wear a lot of different hats, I run my own business, I am a super multi tasker, a maid/housekeeper, a chef, organizer, chauffeur, mommy (of course), mommy to our first daughter (fur baby) Mia, a baby maker, potty trainer and fixer of boo boos extraordinaire. Now if I could just have a few minutes to rest (in the distance... "MOMMY") *sigh* nevermind.

ReplyDeleteI'm Tracy and the mother of 3 beautiful girls. Hannah is 11, Cailyn is 7 and Keira is 3. We live in Edmonton, AB. Hannah and Cailyn are from my first marriage and Keira is my daughter with my second partner. It's interesting being in a blended family but we seem to make it work. I think this is a great idea and look forward to reading everyone's stories and sharing some of my own!

ReplyDeleteI am Pam. I have two amazing kids that took us a lot of challenges to have. My Daughter is 6 and my son is 4 1/2. We are moving out the the baby stage and come fall both kids with be in school. I never know what to say I am as I take my kids to work with me. So I don't feel I fit any of these catagories, SAHM, WOHM or WAHM. My life seems to be full of challenges. My daughter is high funtioning autism. She is a great girl and in many ways like most kids out there. It would interesting for me to let people know that having a special needs child while a challange is not that much different to what most parents of "regular kids " go through. I find many people shy away when they hear the word "autism" and I would like to help people understand it is not a diseas or a death sentance just a different way to look at the world.

I am a SAHM to my dear husband who is on his own journey and I am along for the great ride. We live in NS but are both from NL and will always be in our hearts.
I think Britt has come up with another great hit here and it will nice to be apart of it when it is still new....

I'm a SAHM, the best job in the world with the worst pay & hours lol! I love the idea of a MOMS page, somewhere to connect with other moms, especially when it's still 30 below outside & too cold to go out & physically talk to other humans!! I'm Kim, a first time Mom at 35 years to Alexandre 18 months and fiance to Charles. Charles and I met in the mountains hiking and look forward to sharing our love for the outdoors with our son. I work part-time as an Animal Health Technologist; I have always loved animals and thought this the perfect job. After 15 years though, I know I am ready to leave the veterinary industry. I am very excited to introduce Alex to different pets as he grows; it's a wonderful opportunity for children to learn about responsibilty and sharing the earth with all creatures great and small. Charles is originally from Quebec so Alexandre will be bilingual, which is something I wish I was. Sooner than I think, my basic French will not be able to compete with Alex coming home from school and telling me about his day. I would hate to have to say "in English, please"!
